Álvaro Simón in Advisory Board of Industrial Technologies 2016 EU Conference

From the 22nd to the 24th June will take place in Amsterdam (Holland) the largest European Conference of new production technologies, materials, nanotechnology, biotechnology, and digitalisation in Europe, with more than 1250 high level delegates.
As the president of the European Business and Innovation Centres Network (EBN), Álvaro Simón de Blas, also CEO of BIC Euronova, has been invited to be part of the Advisory Board on this International Conference, in order to support the schedule of the programme and the key points of Industrial Technologies 2016.
The ambition and distinctive competitiveness of european industry is to be found in high added value, custom-built products, based in the demand for manufacturing producing less wasted materials and a smarter use of resources as well as an effective value chains management and access to worldwide markets. The aim is to create the industry of the future, based in innovation on a cross-sectoral and european level and a multidisciplinary integration of digitalisation and industrial technologies.
There are great challenges in exploiting new industrial technologies to the maximum extent in the development of a smart Europe. Industrial Technologies will focus on this challenges and the identification of priorities that are key points to strengthen Europe’s industry.
