Course in strategic leadership in sales

The expanding role of the Sales Department in enterprises due to the increasing number of competitors is the result of the globalisation of markets and an unfavourable economic situation. It requires certified professionals that can manage complex environments. Now more than ever enterprises need marketing executives that can lead the complex environments caused by the current economic situation.
According to surveys recently published by Ranstand, an international HHRR consulting and recruitment services provider, and by the economic newspaper Expansión, amongst other experts, the sales manager profile is one of the most demanded and best listed in the labour market.
Some of the most important business schools in Spain offer education programmes in sales leadership. However, as far as we know, there is not any postgraduate offer in this field in public universities in Andalucia.
This is why this supplementary university certification is aimed to professionals, graduated and students that wish to make a difference in their career, that want to face new challenges and improve their profile to add an embedded value to their sales management career. And for this, a complete education programme has been settled to cover all the key fields in sales management: sales team leadership, sales management, sales executive skills, and sales plan management.
Also, to improve the access to this course we have established a lower-than-average tuition fee.
The eduational plan has both a theoretical and practical approach, master classes are complemented by problem solving activities and case studies. Different topics will be suggested for group or individual case studies to be carried out off-site. Group and individual advisory lessons are also included, aimed to answer all the questions that may arise during the learning process, and as a support to the problem solving activities and the case studies.
