Internationalization, Softlanding and Projects of BIC Euronova in “Made in Málaga” of Onda Azul Radio

Sandra García Torres, responsible of international projects, took part on the last 8th of February in the Business Space “Made in Málaga” of the Málaga al Día Magazine of Onda Azul Radio (97.4 FM), representing BIC Euronova.
Internationalization, Softlanding and International Projects promoted by BIC Euronova were discussed during the intervention of Sandra García, who seized the opportunity to talk about the event “Start-up Europe Week”, promoted by the European Commission and celebrated during the same day thanks to Promálaga and BIC Euronova in order to make known the services offered to the entrepreneurs by the city.
Likewise, during the intervention the services of internationalization and Softlanding for enterprises offered by BIC Euronova were introduced, as well as the different projects it promotes, such as ECO, Power2inno and SmartAgrifood.
The ECO project, recently and successfully finished, is based on the Open Educational Resources, which gives a free access to a list of MOOC’s (Massive Open Online Courses) in 6 different languages. It is headed by the UNED (National University of e-learning) and has counted on Microsoft as associated partner, as well as other European universities and institutions until complete a list of 22 partners, in which BIC Euronova is located.
According to the SmartAgrifood project, the main aim is the attendance of its partners in peer learning activities to improve the skills with reference to the empowerment of the SMEs and microSMEs role in business innovative initiatives to switch from a mentality focused on the production to a mentality focused on the opportunities in the global market and the creation of the added value.
At last, but not at least, it was highlighted in the business space the SmartAgrifood project, focused on SMEs of the ICT industry which develops application for the food sector, whose call has assigned €4,000,000 for SMEs and web entrepreneurs in order to develop a new generation of applications and services for the smart agriculture with FIWARE technology.
