Creativity + Innovation = Success2

The fusion between Creativity and Innovation was introduced as the key to Success2 in the business environment in a Lecture offered by Rafael Sancho the last 27th of April in the Economics Faculty of the UMA, which counted on the BIC Euronova’s collaboration.
Rafael Sancho, senior lecturer of Castilla La Mancha University and of the EOI, with an extensive experience in the establishment of enterprises, introduced the main factors to understand the changing context in which the business is made. In this way, Rafael suggested the attendants to opt for the innovation and the creativity.
To this effect, Sancho remarked that everybody has to know that a technological revolution is being produced in all the fields. Moreover, Sancho remarked that the revolution is eradicating a social and an economic order, and is establishing another one. “The industrial revolution runs out and it has not even lasted 200 years. Another stage, that is not named yet, has just started”.
“The enterprise of the future will be, necessarily, an innovative enterprise that will be in constant evolution and looking for new competitive advantages”. Likewise, Sancho remarked that innovation is synonymous of change and improvement, defining the skills of discovering, inventing, exploring and renewing. Furthermore, he emphasized that “we all are creative, but some of us are out of practice”.
At last, but not at least, Rafael Sancho mentioned ten determinate words to innovate: observe, talk, develop, venture, go ahead, question, be creative, feel, enjoy yourself and change.
