Malaga will keep counting with the office of the National Association of European Business and Innovation Centres, which brings together all the Spanish BICs.
The general director of the CEEI of Malaga BIC Euronova, Álvaro Simón de Blas, has been reappointed president of the National Association of Spanish CEEI ANCES, during the general meeting of such association celebrated this morning in Madrid. He was elected unanimously and he will take office for a two years period.
During this new season, the office of the National Asociation of Spanish CEEI ANCES will continue in Malaga, specifically in BIC Euronova, situated in the Technological Park of Andalusia. It has been there since 2009, when Álvaro Simón was for the first time elected president of ANCES.
“It is a honor to confront with this new season after eight years as president, an important challenge which I highly assume, motivated with the compromise of keeping improving the ANCES actions beyond national level, pushing by this way its influence at an international level”, said Álvaro Simón thanking the confidence placed in the associated members. Likewise, he added that “the fact of continuing with the ANCES office in Malaga is a huge opportunity to keep driving up the business fabric of Malaga at a national level”.
Besides the election of the president of the association, it has been also renovated the ANCES management board, being elected as vice-president, Cristina Fanjul, director of the CEEI Asturias, David Montero, director of the BIC of Álava as treasurer, and as ordinary members: Esther Peñalver, director of the CEEI Murcia, Eduardo Díaz, director of Emprendedores de Madri+D, Paco Pizarro, director of the CEEI Extremadura and Justo Vellón, director of the CEEI Castellón.
