The National Association of CEEIs ANCES, situated in Malaga, has a new management

Rafael Sancho Zamora is named new manager of ANCES, the association that brings together all the Spanish European Business and Innovation Centre.
Rafael Sancho Zamora, expert in Strategic Consultancy, Entrepreneurship, Organization, HR Management and Executive coaching, with a huge track record over 30 years, has been named manager of ANCES.
The National Association of European Business and Innovation Centres (CEEI) ANCES, established in 1994 with national area of activity and with an office in Malaga, is a non-profit association which emerged with the idea of promoting de economic and industrial development through the CEEI, contributing with its experience about the creation of new innovative SMEs with development potential.
This new ANCES period with Rafael Sancho as manager that it is forged with the compromise of driving up the value of the EIBT mark (Innovative Technology-Based Company) and opening new strategic paths that will be very beneficial for all the ecosystem of innovative companies that conform the National Association of European Business and Innovation Centres.
“It is a challenge that I am very passionate about.” “At a professional level it gives me the opportunity to work in order to strength the strategic positioning of ANCES at National and European level and to achieve with that the CEEIs are able to comply with their objectives of stablished as a national reference point inside the business innovation area”, says Rafael Sancho, and he emphasizes that “at a personal level it is also a challenge because it involves sharing out work again with professional experts from the sector that have much to contribute to our country’s business network.”
Between the main objectives of ANCES highlights promoting the Spanish CEEI development, providing its experience about the creation of new companies and/or new activities in the ones already created; to make easier to its members the systems, services and activities which are useful for the realization of their objectives with the maximum efficiency; and also to push, through the support and diffusion of the CEEI, the innovation and diversification of the productive activity, the technology progress and the economic development.
The asociation, which office is in the CEEI of Malaga, BIC Euronova, in the Technological Park of Andalusia, is nowadays formed by 26 members (CEEIs/BICs) distributed by practically all the autonomous communities.
ANCES collaborates with a huge number of organizations, publics and privates, thereby fulfilling the association’s mission of representing its partners and defending its interests together. It keeps contacts or has some agreements signed with the following entities: European Association of BICs, EBN (European Business and Innovation Centre Network), The Innovation National enterprise (ENISA), Association of ScienceParks and Technology of Spain (APTE), Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, DG SME, Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), Official Credit Institute (ICO), Spanish Federation for Innovation and Technology Entities (FEDIT), Ministry of Education and Science, some Universities, Offices for Transfer of Research Results (OTRIs), etc.
Rafael Sancho Zamora, with a law graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid and a MBA from the EOI, is an expert in Strategic Consultancy, Entrepreneurship, Organization, HR Management and Executive Coaching. He is the CEO in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership, European Auditor in EBN, which a huge experience as professor, trainer and coach, he has developed his professional activity as steering in EOI Business School (training sector), General Director of business inducement, business, tourism and craft of the government of Castilla La Mancha (Public Administration sector) and CEEI Talavera de la Reina - Toledo (innovation sector).
Over 30 years of track record he has focused his education and efforts in the area of human resources, project management and entrepreneurship, especially in matters as social abilities, time management, teamwork and leadership. Besides, he has included some provision of advice, mentoring, monitoring in multiple entrepreneurs and companies projects along the whole Spanish territory, and he has supported the inclusion of the new technologies and the innovation in companies already established. He has as well participated in several investigation projects which were always related to innovation and entrepreneurship, being at the same time usual partner in some newspapers and having written three books. Nowadays, he is supporting and encouraging, in the frame of teaching, an open vision to the new students in enterprise creation, strategic human resource management and operations management.Commentaries (0)
