The PTA (Technological Park of Andalusia) grants recognition to BIC Euronova as founder of the IDEA association

Durante el acto, se reconoció con un galardón conmemorativo a los fundadores de la Asociación IDEA, constituida por un pequeño grupo de empresas y multinacionales firmemente comprometidas, que ayudaron en los primeros años a impulsar el desarrollo y crecimiento del Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía. Las empresas reconocidas fueron BIC Euronova, Telefónica, Endesa, Mades (en representación de la antigua Hugues), Fujitsu, Dekra (antigua Cetecom) y TDK (antigua Siemens).

The Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) celebrated last 27th November its 25-year career, with an event at the Congress Hall (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos) of Malaga which was chaired by the president of the Regional Government of Andalusia, Susana Díaz.

During the event, the founders of the IDEA association received recognition. This association is constituted by a small group of companies and multinationals firmly committed that helped during the first years to promote the development and the growth of the Technological Park of Andalusia. The recognised companies were BIC Euronova, Telefónica, Endesa, Mades (representing old Hugues), Fujitsu, Dekra (old Cetecom) y TDK (old Siemens).

On the part of the European Business and Innovation Centre of Malaga, BIC Euronova, Mariano Ruíz Araujo, president of the centre and Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment Delegate, was in charge of picking the prize, provided by the Rector of the University of Malaga, José Ángel Narváez.
