Introduction of the new business incentives from the Regional Government of Andalusia

El pasado miércoles 17 de enero se celebró en BIC Euronova un desayuno presentación de los nuevos programas de incentivos empresariales de la Junta de Andalucía, de la mano de José Aguilar, gerente provincial en Málaga de la Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía IDEA.

Last Wednesday, 17th January, José Aguilar held in BIC Euronova an introduction breakfast of the new business incentives programmes from the Regional Government of Andalusia. He is the provincial manager in the Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía IDEA, in Malaga.

After the welcome from Álvaro Simón, general director of BIC Euronova, the manager of the Agencia IDEA introduced the news referring to the Incentives Order and the different funding lines for the R+D+i.

Before starting with all the details, there was an introducing round from the attending companies which show the situation of each one and their specific needs. The technical adviser from the Agencia IDEA, Rafael Tirado y Ascensión Prego were in charge of exposing all the details about the business incentives.

The new programmes of the Agencia IDEA, which count with a finance of 229 million of euros, thanks to the Fondos FEDER, are framed in two incentives lines: the first Order that promotes the industrial development, provided with 145 million of euros, and the second Order, budgeted with 84 million of euros, intended for R+D+I (research, development and investigation).

On the one hand, the first Order is intended for encourage the strengthening of the industry, the creation and growth of the employment-generating companies and the momentum of the productive innovation in the area of intelligent specialization and the integration of advanced services for the business management, the business stimulation and the cooperation. As we can see, this Order shows significant innovations concerning previous ones. 

On the other hand, the second Order, which is meant for industrial investigation, experimental development and business innovation, has like its main objective promoting the investigation, the development and the business innovation in Andalusia, too.

After having finished the meeting, the companies concerned had a private talk in order to have counselling and information, depending on its needs.
