Blaudrive completes the installation for the biggest recharging electric vehicles point in Spain

El operador de recarga Blaudrive ha completado la que, hasta el momento, es la mayor instalación de recarga para coches eléctricos de España. Una instalación que será utilizada para un evento de presentación en nuestro país de la nueva generación del coche eléctrico más vendido del mundo: el Nissan LEAF.

Blaudrive, company with an office in BIC Euronova, complete the installation for the biggest recharging electric vehicles point in Spain

The installation, conducted to a presentation event of the new Nissan LEAF, is able to recharge up to 28 electric vehicles at the same time. Although it is something temporary, we are talking about the first installation of this seize conducted in Spain. The recharging operator Blaudrive has completed the biggest (so far) recharging electric vehicles installation in Spain. It is an installation that will be used for a presentation event in our country referring to the new generation of the best seller in the world electric vehicle: the Nissan LEAF.

The installation counts with 20 recharging points, including 4 ABB Terra 53 of 50 kW capacity systems, 12 Blaubox Wall with 22 kW capacity and 4 Blaubox Ground with two outlets of also 22 kW capacity each one. Altogether, they can be recharged until 28 electric vehicles at the same time, summing, between all the charges, a maximum output power up to 640 of kilowatts. It is the first time in our country that they create a recharging deployment of infrastructure with these characteristics and this will able Nissan to carry out an intensive driving day of its new Nissan LEAF.

The charger ABB Terra 53 is able to recharge up to 150 kilometers of driving range in just 25 minutes, thanks to its quick recharge in direct current, whereas the Blaubox Wall and the Blauboz Ground both are able to recharge up to 120 of driving range in an hour.

These are systems that, due to the arrival of the support from MOVALT Plan, for charging infrastructure, are able to settle themselves with to a 60% of discount. Today 23rd January at 10 a.m. opens the deadline to apply for a grant, by the way.
The second generation of the Nissan LEAF is the bet of the Japanese manufacturer to keep dominating the market of the electric mobility. This new generation model, which should reach population in the coming days, has 378 kilometers of validated autonomy with just one charge, thanks to its 40 kWh battery capacity. Besides, it does include a fast charging system with connector CHAdeMO to recover up to the 80% of the battery in just forty minutes.
